How to Move on after breakup?
Moving on after a breakup is not an easy thing to do. It can be one of the most painful experiences in life. The memories, emotions, and attachment can make it difficult to let go. But the truth is, life is all about change and growth. Moving on after a breakup is a part of that growth. It is necessary to let go of the past and embrace the present.
Our body has a tremendous amount of memory. There is evolution memory, genetic memory, karmic memory, mindful level of memory, senseless levels of memories, and articulate level of memories. This memory is on many different points. Our body is carrying a very complex mechanism of memory. It is easy when you know how. Experience, how to go the steps, how to go down the steps- it looks very simple. But it's not simple, it's very complex. Your body has to remember. Otherwise, it cannot move up and go down so simply.
Every day we are imbibing so much memory. And this memory, if there is a certain sort of congruence to this memory, if there is a certain kind of alignment to this memory, this memory will become productive. If there is a certain degree of chaos in this memory, then you may know everything, but this memory will work against you because it's incompatible and opposing within itself.
When we invest our thoughts, emotions, and perhaps even our body in a relationship, there is a profound sense of memory about that. If we make a lot of contradictory memory in our system, we will see life will tell later that we have everything but feel like we have nothing.
The question itself of why a breakup matters is coming because it matters. If it didn't matter, we could have just blanked out about it and go on like an old pair of shoes. But it matters because we invested our thoughts, emotions, and perhaps even our body. Once we have invested these three things, there is a profound sense of memory about that.
Moving on after a breakup is typical for everyone because it is necessary to let go of the past and embrace the present. It is confusing and joyless to hold on to something that is no longer serving us. We must keep moving to avoid becoming a loose spirit. We must bring some integrity to this, intellectual integrity, emotional integrity, and physical integrity to our spirit.
It is essential to understand the mechanism of what we have been gifted before involving ourselves in anything. We must consider where we want to take this and see what are the different impacts it will have upon us. Whether this will play well in this life or work against life, we must look at. Otherwise, all significant things will become waste.
If we don't move on, we will become a loose spirit. Loose, I am not applying the word "loose" in terms of morality. I am only talking about loose in terms of not being able to fulfil the direction in which we wish to go in our life.
In conclusion, moving on after a breakup is necessary to let go of the past and embrace the present. Our body has a tremendous amount of memory, and it is essential to bring some integrity to our spirit. It is necessary to understand the mechanism of what we have been gifted before involving ourselves in anything. Otherwise, all significant things will become waste. Remember, when we were born, we came alone, and when we die, we will go alone. So, it is essential to make the most out of the time we have and move on after a breakup.
